You’re thinking of suicide because you’re bored? Listen to me, everyone gets bored. Everyone gets depressed. Suicide is never the answer because it’s only an ending. You want to make your life more exciting? Go do something you’ve never done before. And keep doing more and more things. Don’t give up, life is a gift. Open it.
Anonymous said: been following you for so long and your life is like a soap opera! i think i might just write a book based on your life and use my imagination to fill in the blanks and call it fiction :p
I hope that’s a good thing! A few people have told me I should write my memoirs lol.
“12 Years a Slave”
“Dallas Buyers Club”
“The Wolf of Wall Street”
I am torn between 12 Years a Slave and The Wolf of Wall Street, but I have a feeling 12 Years a Slave is gonna get the award. The movie is important, a story that needed to be told.
Alexander Payne, “Nebraska”
Alfonso Cuaron, “Gravity”
David O. Russell, “American Hustle”
Martin Scorsese, “The Wolf of Wall Street”
Steve McQueen, “12 Years a Slave”
Steve McQueen. An African American has never won an Oscar for direction and there have only been two nominations, this one and also Steve McQueen for Precious. That movie is hard to watch, mostly because the performances McQueen got out of his actors are phenomenal.
Chiwetel Ejiofor, “12 Years a Slave”
Christian Bale, “American Hustle”
Bruce Dern, “Nebraska”
Leonardo DiCaprio, “The Wolf of Wall Street”
Matthew McConaughey, “Dallas Buyers Club”
WINNER:It will either go to Dicaprio, not just because of his brilliant performance but also because he’s been overlooked for far too long, or McConaughey, simply for his performance.
Amy Adams, “American Hustle”
Cate Blanchett, “Blue Jasmine”
Meryl Streep, “August: Osage County”
Judi Dench, “Philomena”
Sandra Bullock, “Gravity”
WINNER:I very badly want Amy Adams to win but I think it’s going to Cate Blanchett.
BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR
Barkhad Abdi, “Captain Phillips”
Bradley Cooper, “American Hustle”
Jared Leto, “Dallas Buyers Club”
Jonah Hill, “The Wolf of Wall Street”
Michael Fassbender, “12 Years a Slave
WINNER: Jared Leto. There’s no competition at this point.
BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS
Jennifer Lawrence, “American Hustle”
Julia Roberts, “August: Osage County”
June Squibb, “Nebraska”
Lupita Nyong’o, “12 Years a Slave”
Sally Hawkins, “Blue Jasmine”
WINNER:Lupita Nyong’o. I think Jennifer Lawrence and Julia Roberts will split the vote and the award will go to the person who deserves it.
I wanna know your predictions! What do you think?
Anonymous said: You've answered this before but I can't remember what your answer was, but essentially my question is what you do when you need to lose a few pounds or get fit? I remember you saying something about some sort of...fast? I'm not sure and then cutting out other things from your diet but I can't remember. I'm sorry, I know it's a pain to repeat yourself like that :/ thank you though! You're awesome (:
No problem. Here’s how it goes:
It’s not really a fast, more like a cleanse. I’m doing it right now.
First step: for a week cut out dairy, red milk, processed foods, sugar, and all beverages except water. Here’s a sample of that meal plan:
Breakfast: Two eggs scrambled with garlic and kale (start cooking the kale before the eggs) and an orange or some cuties.
Lunch: salad (I like spinach, romaine and spring mix) with almonds, chicken and whatever vegetables you want. I don’t like salad dressing to begin with so I mix it with olive oil and a little salt. Homemade vinegarette is fine, I also like lemon juice.
Dinner: Any kind of fish, some veggies, and a little whole grain rice. I like frozen tilapia and the grocery store where I work has a fresh sushi bar and where I get nigiri and remove it from the rice and eat it with edamame which can be bought for cheap in the frozen food section.
Snacks: FRUIT! Also carrots, almonds and baked kale.
Then for three days, cut out the chicken and fish. Make sure you’re eating eggs, nuts and fruit for protein.
Then for two days, only raw food. This part sucks and you end up eating a lot of salad but it’s only two days. No eggs, make sure nuts haven’t been cooked or smoked, and no rice.
Then I have my “fast.” It’s mostly liquid. Juice, green drink, tea, tons of water, and I recommend a lot of cranberry juice. You can drink as much as you want, but I limit food intake to 200 calories of fruit and veggies. I do that for 3 or for days.
Now for clarification: this diet may be unhealthy, it may not work, and you may hate it. You will poop A LOT. This is simply what I’ve found that works for me. By no means am I a diet expert, and I recommend getting advice from other people as well. If you have ever had an eating disorder you SHOULD NOT DO THIS. You’ll regress.
Again, I am not an expert, this is an opinion and an answer to a question.

Well hon, I hate to say this but I believe you’re still very much in love with him. If you weren’t these feelings would have passed by now. I suggest giving it another try. Take a risk and see where it leads.
